Megan Spurrell is a senior editor at Condé Nast Traveler. Originally from Los Angeles, she's made homes of Rio de Janeiro, Lima, and Oakland prior to landing in Brooklyn where she is currently based. This year, she hopes to make her first visit to Africa (the music scene in Dakar and voodoo trail of Benin are calling), or head east to Hong Kong or Seoul in search of street food and plastic-stool sidewalk bars. She is a graduate of USC's Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
